Selection of Individual (1) Financial Management Consultant, (2) Procurement Consultant, (3) Communication and Social Development Consultant (4) M&E Consultant (5) Environment Consultantand (6) Project Supervisor for District Project Management Unit (DPMU) at 10 districts of Bihar namely Patna, Saran, Nalanda, Nawada, Purnea, Muzaffarpur, Begusarai, Munger, Banka and West Champaran under the Bihar State Water & Sanitation Mission (BSWSM) under Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) , Govt. of Bihar, Patna.
The Bihar State Water and Sanitation Mission implementing the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation (MDWS), Government of India and World Bank assisted Rural Water and Sanitation Project for Low Income States in 10 districts of Bihar. The project includes setting up of a dedicated State Project Management Unit (SPMU) to provide the requisite technical and managerial support to State Missionfor ensuring effective design and implementation.In this regard, there is the invitation for eligible individual specialiststo indicates their interest in providing the above Services for following positions:

Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant |

Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management/ Rural Development/ Statistics/IT
5 years of relevant experience in Government/ NGO/ Multi-lateral aid agency projects
Experience in water and sanitation sector desirable
Experience in establishing frameworks/ systems for MIS/ monitoring and evaluating projects or programmes, preferably in the rural space |
